If you need help setting up your DENT product, please fill out this form or call our Main Office number below and follow the prompts.

Technical staff is available between the hours of 8am to 4pm Pacific time, Monday-Friday.

After hours, you can call our Main Office number to leave a detailed message and we will return your call as soon as we are back in the office.
