DENT Instruments is a growing, 33-year young technology company in Bend. A leader in the energy information “green” sector, DENT manufactures energy metering and measurement equipment for customers all over the world. We include in our client list Fortune 10 companies as well as small electrical shops. We are keenly aware how our products help reduce energy use and improve efficiencies for the betterment of everyone. DENT is a B2B company and does not sell to end-users.

We require a Marketing Content Manager to create and manage Marketing Campaigns and increase our Web and Social Media presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding what is needed to increase market share, find unique creative ways in expanding our web, manage new product roll-outs, as well as managing and contributing to the overall strategic marking process of the organization. We are seeking a hands-on individual who not only has the skill sets described but is ready to jump-in with marketing campaign calendars, social media insights, ability to write compelling copy, and other creative ways to be a key player with the Leadership Team.

  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads that deliver sales, and customer retention.
  • Collaborates across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives at the lowest possible cost.
  • This role requires a brand publisher mindset: create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion.
  • Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular basis.
  • Management of all creative resources including our SEO provider, designers, writers, and other agency relationships.
  • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand to demand.
  • Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.
  • BA/BS in marketing and communications, business administration, or relevant field
  • Marketing: 3+ years (Preferred)
  • Experience creating content for the web, growing a social audience, and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and present content and performance.
  • Analytical and creative thinking
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics and related software)
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of engagement, leads and sales.

Work primarily performed in office environment.
May be required to work outside of normal hours.


 This is a full-time (Exempt). Though the typical schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, occasional evenings and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
